Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING

 

Once your order is confirmed, your item will be shipped within 7 (seven) business days. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your order is shipped.
All our parcels are sent via La Poste. 
We use Colissimo for the address in France and standard postage with tracking service for worldwide.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE
Tracking service is only available in 45 countries as below.
Germany, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, South Korea, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, USA, Finland, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong-Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Island, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Norway, New Zealand, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand
FOR THE OTHER DESTINATIONS, TRACKING IS ONLY EFFECTIVE TO THE FRENCH BORDER.


Order will be sent to the delivery address that you have given on your order form. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. Please note that we do deliver to PO boxes. Please note that there are no restrictions on the location to which we deliver Products purchased from the Website.


Delivery costs will be charged in addition ; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

 

Some countries additional duties may be payable to your local tax authorities on receipt of your delivery. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

RETURNS

 

Before returning any items, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day on which you received the Products.

 

Our policy lasts 14 (fourteen) calendar days. If 14 (fourteen) calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the designated address.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

 

Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
